Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fabric:

* Pre-wash and iron the fabric to remove any wrinkles or shrinkage. * Cut out the swimsuit pieces according to the pattern. * Cut out the lining pieces, which should be the same shape as the swimsuit pieces.

2. Sew the Side Seams:

* Pin the swimsuit pieces right sides together, aligning the side seams. * Sew the side seams together using a stretch stitch. * Repeat for the lining.

3. Sew the Shoulder Straps:

* Create the shoulder straps by cutting two pieces of elastic to your desired length. * Attach the shoulder straps to the front and back of the swimsuit, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

4. Sew the Scoop Back:

* Pin the swimsuit and lining back pieces right sides together, aligning the edges. * Sew around the scoop back, leaving a small opening for turning. * Turn the swimsuit right side out through the opening and press.
